As soon as you walk into The Magic Noodle, you see them twisting and making fresh noodles, which is a HUGE attention grabber! It makes you feel like you are in an old-school noodle house in Japan (at least for a brief moment). I love when I get to see how my food is made and the amount of care that goes into making such a wholesome meal. For my family of five, my two eldest kids absolutely adored watching them handle, pull, and wind the noodles from scratch. I do not think we expected the quality of service and the amount of delicious food that was coming our way. We decided to order The Onion Pancakes (8/10), The Chinese Beef Burrito (8/10), and The Spicy Dumplings Szechuan Style (10/10) as our appetizers. Pro Tip: Order two of The Spicy Dumplings Szechuan Style! They are that good! Easily the most flavorful thing we ate! We decided to try each noodle type in different variations: The Hand Cut, The Knife Cut, and The Flat Wide. My girlfriend decided on The Knife Cut Noodles with the Szechuan Beef Brisket Noodle (10/10), my kids split The Hand-Pulled Noodles in the normal Beef Brisket base (7/10), and I opted for stir-fry with The Flat Wide Noodles in The Mongolian Beef Chow Mein (9/10). The best flavor, I think, came from the Szechuan Beef Brisket Noodle. I think the knife-cut noodles had the best texture and blended perfectly with the umami and spice of the Szechuan broth. Plus, the meat was perfectly tender and sumptuous. Even in the normal Beef Brisket base, I would say the broth was a lot tamer but still had deep flavor, and the meat was extremely soft. The verdict at the table was that I had the worst noodles, but I thought the hand-pulled noodles were too thin. I did like the knife-cut noodles, but I preferred the flat wide noodles in The Mongolian Beef Chow Mein because they seemed to soak up all the flavors of the spice from the chili oil, onions, and peppers. It was exactly what I wanted--I just had no idea I wanted that. That, and the meat was so soft and tender that it all blended really well to me. Pro Tip #2: The portions for the price are perfect. Make sure to split a main noodle dish with your kids and ask for an extra bowl and spoon if needed. All in all, my family and I absolutely loved this place. It got two thumbs up from my two eldest kids, and for the price point and quality, this place will easily be in my regular rotation. I have been craving it ever since we left! I will be recommending them to all my family and friends. What a wonderful restaurant! Ambiance score: 9.5/10 Food score: 10/10 Service score: 10/10

Definitely busy on a Saturday night so to-go order time was a bit extended, but the food was seriously worth it. Was feeling a bit under the weather and wanted some good soup; the line out the door was very promising. I ordered 3 Szechuan beef brisket noodle soups (2 with hand pulled noodles, 1 with wide noodles) and 3 orders of onion pancakes (each order comes with 2 pancakes). The soup is packaged separately from the noodles to keep them from getting soggy, and even after the 20 min drive back to my hotel the soup was piping hot. The soup was extremely flavorful, wonderful balance of spice and citrus and savory-ness. Noodles were chewy and bouncy, and the meat was extremely tender. There was some fat to remove, but a little elbow grease never hurt nobody. The onion pancakes were perfectly crispy and so tasty, the three of us finished off a whole order each. Felt leagues better after having a meal at The Magic Noodle, but it would be equally delicious even if you're feeling perfectly fine. Definitely coming back next time I'm in Vegas!

It's a tiny restaurant and not located in Chinatown but don't let that keep you from coming to this very good restaurant. If you are looking for freshly-made noodles, you have found your happy place. Throughout your meal, you will enjoy watching them pull the giant noodles in the open kitchen. It's almost hypnotic. The Chinese beef burrito doesn't sound or seem like an authentic Chinese dish but it's darn good and easily shareable as an appetizer. Another good appetizer is the onion pancakes. They are made absolutely fresh to order and are perfect. Of course, you must order the Beef Brisket Noodle which comes in a giant soup bowl. Depending on your appetite, you can either have this for your entire meal or share it with someone. Our server recommended the hand pull noodles over the knife cut or flat wide. I don't know the difference between any of these cuts but our noodles were amazingly fresh and delectable. The broth in this dish is deeply rich and flavorful. I wanted to try everything on the menu but my stomach and pants would not cooperate. By the way, they do NOT have a website. There are two websites online which appear to be theirs but they are not. Plenty of free parking in the lot. Fantastic, fresh noodles here. Get the Beef Brisket Noodle dish. Seriously.

Fast service! The flavor of the Beef Brisket Noodles was amazing. The inside is cute and fun to see the noodles being made. Will definitely be coming back!

They must put actual magic into the noodles because I cannot stop going back to them. We get takeout about twice a month at my office. The menu is small but focused on what they do well. Noodles. They are all hand made and delicious. So so so good. I've never had a bad dish. Everything is so well flavored. The veggies are fresh and delightful. The restaurant itself is TINY. There's just a few small tables. But the service is fast and friendly. IMO takeout is the way to go.

This place doesn't reach the heights of Shang Artisan Noodle, but you can get a good neighborhood meal here. Most dishes hit the mark without blowing us away. The sweet and sour cucumber was over-salted, but had a nice crunch and plenty of umami taste. Our noodles were perfectly done with a hint of chew. The pork belly and vegetables in the dish were delicious, but a little skimpy. It was mostly noodle. Pork dumplings fresh and tasty, just not memorable. All in all, an enjoyable dinner with quick and capable service.

There's so many reviews on here so will just make it quick. Learned about it from IG and it looked good and it definitely delivered. The wontons were the best , the fried rice was the second best and the noods were got were good too. #16 with no peanuts. Food came out quickly which was great since it was our first meal of the day and we were hungry. We got sat right away. The inside is small and nice so imagine how hectic it can be on busy days. We got there around 1pm on a Wednesday. Would come back again to try other noods and will bring more people with us to experience. So yeah the high amount of good reviews on here does show that it is as good as everyone says and we were more than happy to try it and look forward to coming back when we come back to Vegas.

So tasty!! I had seen reviews and posts of this place for a while. I had to check this place out the next time I came to Vegas! It didn't disappoint. From the food to the service, it was so yummy!! I love that they have different types of noodle type to select as well. That was pretty cool. Check this place out.

My sister wanted to try something new, so off to here we go. We were immediately seated without any wait time. Although I can see it getting filled quickly. Service was nice. We ordered the onion pancakes, Dan Dan noodles and the spicy beef noodles. You get to choose what type of noodles you want. It looks like the noodles are made in house. The food was really flavorful and delicious. My sister has never been to a Sichuan noodle place before, so it was a great experience for her. It was our first time trying Dan Dan noodle so we didn't know what to expect. The shredded cucumbers in the noodle dish was different.

A viral IG post about The Magic Noodle caught my attention and curiosity... So I decided to go well out of the way to try The Magic Noodle, especially since I had some time. Glad I did...no regrets! The Venue was not big, it's was actually a bit cozy. The decor was modern and had Chinese art on the walls. The staff were efficient, friendly and prompt. I do love the open kitchen concept where one can see the noodles being made through the glass. It's a nice little show. #SendNoods: ~ SAUCE NOODLES: D2. Dan Dan Noodle (w/ Hand Pulled Noodles) - 4.5/5 I'd say this was one of the top FIVE Dan Dan Noodles I had. Just about a perfect Dan Dan Noodle dish, great flavor without being overly oily or spicy. My only issue was with the portions; I felt they skimped on the Ground Pork and over the dish could be a bit larger. I was just short of being content and had plenty of room for dessert after...that's another review... My friends who now call Sin City home thoroughly like this place. I can't wait to return and try the rest of the menu. Noodlede doo...
